Not sure what to say?

Dear Jerry,

I am very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I know how much he meant to you and how much you looked up to him. You and your family are very much in our thoughts and prayers.

Jeff: I was very sad to hear about the passing of your Dan. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

My sincere sympathy to you and all the family on the death of your husband, father, etc. Losing a loved one is never easy.

I know Putnam and Putman may not be the same family, most family history researchers collect both, as they may be simply variations in spelling.

Since the obit in the paper did not list Jerry Putnam's parents' names, will you please let me know, so his family tree can connect with the 1930 census?

And if you are interested in getting more information...

Dean Putnam Family,

While I only had the pleasure to be around Jerry a few times, he made a lasting impression on me and I know that my parents (Bob and Jan Sheldon) hold him, Bobbie and the entire family in the highest regards. Please know that you are all in my continued thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Love,
Allison

Brenda/Larry, My deepest condolences for your great loss. My heart goes out to you at this most difficult moment of your lives. My prayers are with you and your family for peace in your hearts and minds. Love, Terry (Schear) Vossman Bitzel

Dear Bobby,
So sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. It has been a long time since we have had any contact with each other, but I do remember first meeting you and Jerry on Belcrest. My thoughts will be with you and your family.

Bobbie I know you must feel like you lost a part of yourself. From high school you both taught the rest of us what real love was all about. I will ask the God that gave me strength to pass that same strength on to you and yours.

Bobby, you and your whole family are in my heart and prayers. I'll miss Jerry's wicked sense of humor and kind heart, and especially the wonderful "Dido" stories Lauren and Graysen tell me. But I can't begin to imagine the hole this leaves in your lives. He was a great and good man.

Dear Bobbie and Family, we were so shocked and saddened to hear about Jerry. I know you will miss him dearly Bobbie. He was always there for you when you needed him. Please call me when you need a friend. Sincerely, Rob and Linda Fee
