I will surely miss Jerry. He taught me many things. He would always ask me if I didn't complete a task if I had slept last night. I learned to anticipate his question and would answer I haven't slept in days. He also taught me fairness. He would harass me on a constant basis about finishing my education at PMT presentations. My response was as soon as Test Engineering would support me in going to school. I was unable to finish my degree at UCF because of their lack of flexibility in...

I am so sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. I worked with and for Jerry in the 80's and 90's. Jerry did his job extremely well, with honesty, frankness and feedback that made me a better engineer and manager. Although Jerry was focused and hard driving, the work environment he created made these some of the best years of my professional career. I have and will continue to think of Jerry often; he is greatly missed.

Maria:
I am so sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. I was sent to work for Jerry a few years back by Don Harding. After the interview with Jerry, Don asked what I thought about what Jerry wanted me to do. Anyway a few days later, Don tells me that Jerry wanted the "dog with a note in his mouth" start working for him. That was the beginning of...

I started my Career at Martin Marietta in '84. Jerry was the Test Enginering Manager at that time and it was a great pleasure to know and work with him. Throughout the years his name comes up often and this will continue, always with fond memories.
I am sorry for your loss and hope you find peace in knowing how many lives Jerry has touched.
