Jerry and I taught and coached together also cut much wood. He was a Super person a great friend and someone who would do anything for you no matter what. We always laughed at being the Tom and Jerry Show. Tom Franz

Mr. Wasserman was one of the greatest men I ever knew. I was only 16 and pregnant and Mr. Wasserman was a huge motivator for me. He told me, you are stronger than most adults I know. Im 38 now. I did it Mr. Wasserman, I beat the statistics. He had a can do attitude that was very contagious. My heart breaks hearing this news. I have many fond memories of him and Ill cherish them always. Sending love to your family.

Jerry was our neighbor on Wildlane Dr. for many years. He coached and mentored our two sons and was a pillar in our community and High School. Great Human Being and he will be deeply missed.

Rest Coach, You were a huge part of my life. I appreciate all you did for me. Never easy, always in my ear, and usually right. The usually was the most fun. You let me eat Ice cream sundaes if I made weight, and do burpees if I didn't. You came in my life at a time I needed, and helped me, more than you know.
