Jerzy Czaplicki Obituary
Jerzy Czaplicki, 71, of Rockford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Born January 1, 1946 in Warsaw, Poland. Son of Zdzislaw and Ksawera (Muler) Czaplicki. United in marriage to Hanna Szlachetna on August 29, 1970 in Poland. Came to the United States in 1979. Employed with Advanced Machine for 30 years having retired in 2010. He was a hard worker who after retirement enjoyed spending time at home cooking and maintaining the home. Survived by his loving wife, Hanna; son, Rafal; twin sister, Grazyna. Predeceased by his parents; son, Pawel; sister, Eliza. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, at St-Stanislaus Church, 201 Buckbee St, Rockford. Visitation at 10 a.m. until time of service. Cremation Rites are to follow and Burial will be at a later date. To share a condolence www.sunsetfhmemgardens.com
