Not sure what to say?

Hello, We wanted to let you, your family and friends know that we have made a small donation to the John Hudson Plunge for EB Research in honor of Jesse M. Balthaser US Marine Sergeant. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community, their families and friends and others who support our mission. We will not...

My thoughts and prayers are often with your family and friends even after all these years. While I wish that you were still here with us in person, you will be forever in our hearts reminding us to honor your memory. Semper Fidelis, LtCol T. K. Owen, USMC

Rip Jesse. Thanks for the good times and God bless.

Think about you everyday Jesse. We took 29 by storm "Mans land" Semper Fi Go Bucks!

I think about jesse all the time. Could he play the guitar? I could watch him play for hours. Jesse never flowned, I could be having a bad day. Talk to him, through one sentence and I would be smiling, laughing, and spitting upon myself. What a funny guy. You have gone on to bigger and better things. You will always be remembered here.

Will we see you guys at the Fallen Heros Memorial in Sunbury, Ohio on Saturday? Unfortunately our kids are gone, but we will see them again. THAT is encouraging. I'm sure you can't wait to see Jesse.

To the family and friends of Sgt. Jesse Balthaser:
Please accept my remembrance of Jesse on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.

I just attended the Brook Park "Ohio Flags of Honor" ceremony and the names of 275 fallen heroes were announced, one by one. I was in complete shock when I heard the name "Balthaser" because it is not a common name.
I am so very sorry for your loss and wish I would have had the chance to meet your brave son. We all need to remember our fallen heroes and thank them for our precious freedom! Freedom is not free!

I am so sorry for the passing of Sgt. Jesse Balthaser. May God be with him and his family.
