Just finished watching "Three Stooges" again and noticed the tribute in the credits. I'm so sorry for this family's pain. I know it has been a while since your passing, but time doesn't heal all wounds, it just dulls the memory. May you rest in peace and may God comfort and strengthen your family and all who loved you.

Dear Nancy,
I am so sorry to hear of your son's passing. It seems like just yesterday that you were comforting me when my twins died. I will never forget how supportive you were and you sent me a book. I never met Jesse, but I can see from his picture that he had an infectious smile and must have had a big personality. I am heartbroken that you now you have lost your baby. It should never happen. It doesn't matter how old our children are, to a mother, they are our babies. I think about you every minute of the day and though it has been so many years since we've seen one another, I wish I could be there to embrace you. Nancy, I know it hurts so much. I used to get angry at people telling me that "time will heal", but they were right. It will get better with time as you go through the stages of grief, but always remember that it is your grief and no one else's. You will get through this with the love of everyone around you. Know that your Pan Am Family loves you and is thinking of you.

Dera Farrelly family,
I can't begin to express how sorry I am about Jesse's passing. This is such a tragedy, and I can't imagine what you are going through.
Jesse was a lovely human being, and such a gentleman. I'm so happy to have been able to meet him on Shallow Hal and then hang out with him again on the set of the Three Stooges. He was a genuinely kind person full of laughter. I will miss his smile, as it was so beautiful in the way it lit up his face and everyone's around him. I wish I could've spent more time with him, and that we had been able to visit each other last semester, or still could during school breaks. I will miss his humor and sporadic messages. Fond thoughts will always accompany him, and "our scene" as he called it, in Shallow Hal will always bring smiles. He was a cute kid.
If there is anything you need, or any way I can help please let me know. My love and support goes out to the whole family.

To the Farrelly Family- I was a teacher at the Alden School and knew Jesse as a 4th grader when I worked as a permanent substitute in his classroom. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I still have fond memories of Jesse back in elementary school. He was always so happy. May you find peace in this difficult time. Please know you are in my thoughts.

I was lucky enough to meet and work alongside you on both Hall Pass and Three Stooges. I, just like you, grew up in and around the business and also witnessed first hand the blessing and hardships this can cause. You were so blessed and lucky to have the most amazing, close-knit family I've ever known. The civilized, fun, and family friendly atmosphere that Bobby and Peter create on each of their productions is a reminder to every crew member of what matters most: FAMILY and Jesse knew this.
Jesse was such a kind, sweet spirit and had a wicked funny sense of humor. He always had the girls in the costume department cracking up with something he had said or something funny he had done. He was smart and knew he was the next generation of funny in the family. I always enjoyed seeing Jesse and saying "HI!"
I feel so deeply sad for the family. I so wish I could be there on Friday to pay my respects in person. I know that through the love and support you have for one another, with time, you will be able to one day move forward.
All the love in the world,
Sarah Downer

Dear Nancy and Bobby,Tiffany and Anna,
Peter and Melinda,
No words of mine can mean much now. Your loss is far too great and much too close. But for our Dominican community at Providence College, in behalf of our alumni & alumnae, and in my own name, we want to make known to you, our deepest sympathy. In the praying we are doing, Jesse is with us...so are you!
At a time such as this, nothing anyone says makes much sense. (Perhaps better than most I know that.) But it is my hope that the consoling thought of a gifted Trappist monk might help.
Thomas Merton wrote, death is where the hills end, and the stars begin.
Jesse's "hills" are over now. It's his time to be with the "stars" and their Source.
It is my hope and I pray, that the deep, inner Peace that thought can induce will be with you and your family...especially now.
May Mary, the temple in whom God's Son became a priest, keep you near, in her care.
With God's Love and all mine,
Mindy Barclay

There are no words to express how helpless we feel for all of you, are thoughts, are prayers go out to you, but we have such heavy hearts for all your family and your relatives, you have such a great family and love is so strong and genuine in you home. Jesse was always so silly and sweet, are three girls have so many great memories at your Duxbury house and Cape house, as do we, Jesse was always welcoming. Whether swimming in the pool, playing video games, goofing around in the basement, eating over or better yet ordeing out, Christmas Eve at the Jordans. We will always remember him and smile when we think of his bright smile. I was actually thinking of Jesse that morning, and a little while later I couldn't get Nancy out of my mind when I received that tragic life changing phone call. Glen, Chandler, Kelton, Madison and Becky (Cha Cha) Vuilleumier will never forget him. Bobby, Nancy, Tiffany, Anna you were so lucky to call him Son, and Brother. We all thinking about Milly too.

Dear Bobby and Nancy,
On behalf of the Feeleys, Maggiacomos and Bissonettes, I wanted you to know how incredibly sorry we are for your loss. I remember this poem was read when we lost our cousin at age 17. I hope your memories of Jessie and the comfort of all those who love you will ease the burden of this pain, somewhat.
I'll Lend You A Child
by Edgar Guest
"I'll lend you for a little time a child of mine," He said.
For you to love - while he lives
And mourn for when he's dead.
It may be six or seven years
Or twenty-two or three,
But will you, till I call him back,
Take care or him for Me?
He'll bring his smiles to gladden you,
And should this stay be brief
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay,
Since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there
I want this child to learn.
I've looked this world over
In search for teachers true,
And from the throngs that crowd
Life's lanes, I have selected you.
Now will you give him all your love,
Nor count the labor vain,
Nor hate Me when I come to call to
Take him back again?"
I fancied that I heard then say,
"Dear Lord, Thy will be done,
For all the joy Thy child shall bring,
The risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness,
We'll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we've known
Forever grateful stay.
But should the angels call for him
Much sooner than we've planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that come
And try to understand."
