Not sure what to say?

Our family was saddened to hear of the death of Brother Herndon. He was always very kind to our family(Larry, Linda Sue,& Jeannie). Our thoughts and prayers are with the Herndon family.

I was saddened to hear that Brother Herndon had died, and my prayers go out for the family at such a great loss. As a child I was under his care at Spring Meadows, and have fond memories of this fine and dedicated man. We all have so much to thank him for. I can't imagine the number of lives he has influenced.

We are forever grateful for his guidance and encouragement.

He was a good friend and mentor. Bro. Herndon also served as interim pastor at my home church (Leigh Ann - Buck...

We will miss J.D's warm smile and greetings at our church (Hurstborne Baptist). Our sympathy goes out to the family.
