I was introduced to Jesse via the Forevermore album. My friends and I really enjoyed every cut. I just found out of his passing, First all thanks Blues Man for your talent and for entertaining us for many years. To the family my sincere condolences in the passing of this great man. Rest in Peace Brother Jesse.

Hey Jessie I'm an old friend from Baltimore Edward Smith I was just thinking about you today and how fond my thoughts were of you and I learned that you no longer here .Well, im so glad to have known you in your construction career. I remember when you decided on a singing career and you were so excited We lost touch but you did what you wanted to do it was great knowing you.

Still miss my blues man as it was yesterday. I play his CD's a lot and reminisce being in a crowded at the
Heaven Lounge every Wednesday night when Jesse hit the stage at 9pm. The party was on. Rest in peace

I just heard about Jesse's passing. He was an amazing blues singer, with awesome stage presence. He sang like an angel, and now he's among them. I played piano for him for years in Maryland, and one day we'll jam again.

I just recently heard about the passing of Jesse Yawn. He was a good friend during his years performing in the Baltimore area. I have always had the greatest respect for him as an artist, as a gentleman, and as a human being. My condolences to all his family and friends.
