Not sure what to say?

I’m sorry I’m very late here but I was just thinking about Joan and found this. I grew up with Julie, and Joan was my hero of mothers among friends. I remember a perfect pink Chanel suit she wore. I remember her forcefully objecting to the avalanche of Christian based music foisted upon the music groups (I remember thinking “you go Joan”.). A force of nature who did so much for her communities. May her memory be a blessing

still miss her especially when i'm out here in AZ in my condo below where she stayed...lonely but safe out here

I only saw Joan at her grand children's school functions, and she was also smiling and had a presence of joy surrounding her. My condolences to her family.

Helped Joan with her computer from time to time. She was a very nice lady.

Joan was a very special lady..... One of my most beloved clients, and I Will miss her. Her words of wisdom will always be close to my heart and she will be very much missed...

I have known and worked for Mrs. Beren for at least 20 years and found her to be a very gracious and careing lady. To the family my deepest condolences. Nila Albrecht

My sincere condolences to Joan's family. She was an extraordinary woman.

Who can forget the graciousness Mrs. Beren gave us BBGers when we'd meet in her home years ago? My last memory of Joan was about ten years ago. I was visiting my father and went with him to a seniors event. Besides greeting me with warmth she thanked me for taking care of our Homeland. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

We are so sorry for your loss. Joan was a great lady known to everyone.
