Read MoreI am so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. She worked for me at the GMAC office in Rochester, NY. She was such a sweetheart and a very dedicated worker. I ran into her several years ago at the Tops Market in Orchard Park. It was wonderful catching up with her. I've thought of her often over the years. My condolences to Bill and all of her family.
