Read MoreI'll remember Joan from working with her at the Boy Scout office. She would greet me with her warm smile, and always her morning cup of coffee in hand. She was tender hearted and a good friend. Joan was a fiscal conservative and was part of the BSA team who made Oregon Trail Council accountable and successful for youth and volunteeers.
