Dear Joe, We were so sad to hear about Joan, she was such a kind, loving, and remarkable woman. We are all better people for knowing her and my family and I were so blessed to have her for our neighbor all these years. I will miss her so much, she always brought a smile to my face. Our limited interaction included tiny moments in a busy day, awaiting the elevator or while she escorted patients to the floor. She had the biggest, warmest, most welcoming smile and kind words for all. BHCHP is less bright without her.

Joan had a seemingly endless supply of warm hugs,welcoming smiles and kind words. She also had an amazing gift for making people feel like nothing in the world was more important to her than the moment they were sharing. Joe, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Joanie was an angel with a heart of gold.

I love u Joan and I miss u every day...u touched my life like no other. Your love remains in my animal shelter through 'our cat Sweetheart' who will forever carry your love and caring qualities and who will continue to bring warmth to all of those who hold her close.

You will always live in our hearts and prayers.
