Our limited interaction included tiny moments in a busy day, awaiting the elevator or while she escorted patients to the floor. She had the biggest, warmest, most welcoming smile and kind words for all. BHCHP is less bright without her.

Joan had a seemingly endless supply of warm hugs, welcoming smiles and kind words. She also had an amazing gift for making people feel like nothing in the world was more important to her than the moment they were sharing. Joe, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Joanie was an angel with a heart of gold.
