Bill: My wife and I just learned of the death of Joan - your wife and best friend. She was one of those people who helped my wife Joan come to enjoy our class reunions more than she enjoyed her own. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Dear Haws Family,
It is with great saddness that I write about Mrs. Haws today. I a deeply sorry to hear about her passing away. My father considered her to one of his very good friends and he passed away this week. I write this from myself and for Larry Raub. She was a beautiful women inside and out. Very kind, considerate and a great sense of humor! I remember her working with my dad on the Hamburg Rebulican Committee and driving us to and from swim practice. Those are just a few of...

God had so much wisdom giving us such an incredible brain that we can muddle through the terrible tragedies of losing loved ones and after living through our intolerable grief we mange to only remember the wonderful and loving times we had.
