Dear Karen, Maureen & John,

Our love goes out to you and your families. Joanie was a truly special person and we have the fondest memories of her. Her generosity and kindness was felt by everyone she touched. Only her magic touch would calm our very finicky son when he was a baby. Our hearts are so saddened … We feel blessed to have known such a wonderful person.
