Not sure what to say?

Joan was a wonderful woman. She always put others first. She loved to volunteer and gave with all her heart. It was an honor to work along side her at Mohegan School and St. Lawrence Church. May Joan rest in peace and may her loving family feel comfort knowing she is safely home with the Lord.

My sincere condolences and prayers to Amy & Tim for their loss. My mom Marilyn Klingler Nelson was Joan's cousin and niece to Aunt Margaret & Uncle Harold. I have fond memories of Joan & Charlie growing up. God bless Joan and may perpetual light shine upon her.

My brother John and I are cousins with Joan through my dad, Jack Schwing. I´m sharing a photo of Joan at Vincent´s restaurant. We always had such a terrific time visiting with Joan while sharing a meal together. Joan was such a warm and caring person- she´ll greatly be missed. Our condolences to Joan´s family.

I met Joan when our children attended Mohegan School. We worked on many projects together and became close friends. Joan was one of the most kind and generous people I have ever met. As said in "Wicked", "Because I knew you, I have been changed for good." Deepest sympathy to Amy, Tim and family.

Always will remember Mrs. Platt with a smile on her face. She was a neighbor and good friend to our family . My condolences to her family and may God bless her

I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers and condolences are with you. She was my cousin through the Klingler family. Josephine and Walter, my mom Marilyn. I do remember her joy and smile. May she rest in peace with our Lord.
