Joan Thomas Rawls

We had the privilege to know Joan through our dear friends and neighbors, Patti and Steve Rawls, Joan's son and daughter-in-law. Joan was a regal, Christian lady and a fine role model for all of us. She will be greatly missed in countless ways. Our love and prayers are extended to Melvin, Patti, Steve, Meredith, Mason, Gregory, Mary Beth, Ashley and Madison.

Greg has always spoken so highly of his mother. He admired how strong she was and he knew she was at peace. Knowing she is healed, sitting at with Our Lord is most comforting. May you find peace in His arms. God bless you all.

Joan was a second mother to me. Her attention to detail in all she said and did makes me want to know firsthand in her words what she is experiencing in the Hands of our Lord and Savior. Joan - I love you and praise God for the honor of having you in my life. My prayers continue to go to Melvin and the family for comfort and peace. We love you all.

May God comfort and calm you and all of Joan's family and loved ones. May his arms shelter and offer solace during this time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Joan was a great wife, mother, grandmother and friend. I know she loved the Lord Jesus and is at peace with Him now.
