To Joanie's family, I Ave known this wonderful kind lady for most of my life. She and my mom, Rowena Carter, were dear friends for 50+ years. We lived just down the street, on Brown Lane, from Joanie and Bill for for most of my childhood. Joanie, was a kind, sweet soft spoken lady. I am just so sorry for your loss.
