I said goodbye to Joan but it was a privilege to have been involved in her "second career". I will always remember our MANY conversations on a variety of topics but mostly about our families. Her stories were always funnier than mine and I loved watching her face as she talked about her children and grandchildren and the pride she had in all their exploits and accomplishments.
