Thank you so much for all of the wonderful memories I gathered with you and Jennifer in my teen years. Jennifer came into my life when I was desperately trying to hide from everyone and opened my life up to an amazing world of music, family and strange-but-fun family gatherings. I am so grateful to you and your family for welcoming me into your lives and helping me break out of my shell. You are one of the most dynamic and vibrant people I have ever met. I love you like the kooky,...

U were such an amazing person and friend! It doesn't seem real that u have gone. U always knew when something was wrong and U were always there when I needed a friend. Thank u 4 always being there 4 me! I am gonna miss u just like already do! Love u Joan!

Love you AJ and will miss you tons. My prayers are with your family. YaYa always and forever!

Years....of wishing you were here

"Aunt Joan" joined our YaYa board in support of her dear niece Ginni, but she was a true YaYa in her own right. We loved (and still love) Ginni and AJ. We will miss AJ, but are comforted to know that she is now with Ginni and Mason. Don't worry, AJ and Trace, we'll keep holding on tight whenever Karen needs us! Love you Joan, my Sisterfriend.

This world has lost a truly great soul. AJ, I cannot imagine how much your family will miss you. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Another YaYa in heaven to look down upon the rest of us Love you AJ

You are my Sister,
in mind, heart and soul
I love you so much,
I pray that you know.

We weren’t always together,
life sometimes kept us apart.
But no matter the distance,
you were in my heart.

We were blessed with good times
that I'll never forget
That they weren’t more frequent
is my only regret.

In my time of sadness
as I watched you move on
I was comforted in remembering
what I knew all...

I love you Aunt Joan! I will always treasure our "coke"(even though it was pepsi) moment....that always puts a smile on my face when I think of you!
