Joan lived around the corner from me when we were kids, so often played together. One day she asked me if I'd like to help her set up toys at the hardware store. This was during WWII, so toys were made of wood & cardboard. We put many things together for display & sale with a screwdriver & drill. We kept in touch a bit through college.
