Read MoreSo sorry for your loss Brian, Karen, and family-your mom was wonderful. I have fond memories of her when I was growing up. She would take the time to walk me to school when I was late, as my mom couldn't walk that far, and she encouraged me when I was going to nursing school. She was always very involved with her family, and there to lend a hand. I know she will be missed. Take care. <3

Joan was a sweet lady . We served as officers together in the early 90s in NEORQC ( Northeast Ohio Quilters Council) I enjoyed being friends with her.
