Never got to visit for martini-time, but it sure was lovely to chat with you when you'd call the Taipei office and Jamie was out. Evenings I often go to the garden and look up to the sky; there are two stars I always look for. One is my dad and the other is my mam, Gus and May. They shine a little brighter than the others. I reckon there must be two stars for Joan and Jacques looking down on their loved ones.

Joannie, you were a great mother, wife and homemaker, who made everyone who entered your home feel like family. Your warmth and beautiful sense of humor always pervaded the air. But you were also a very, very good friend that would always be at the ready to help. May you rest in peace knowing that you gave your best to everyone around you and inspired us all. Vic

Jamie, and Jackie. so sad to read this. Though, I haven't seen amazing mom since the late 60s, Wow! see was wonderful. I used to think what a great fun lady.
