Dr. Joann Boyd-Scotland was a wonderful educational leader, a hard worker, and a strong woman with Christian values who put this into practice. She helped to build me as an employee of Denmark Technical College and I am greatly appreciative. I have only learned today of her passing but I have thought of her many times through the years with fond memories.
