She was a good friend to me, to my mother, and my sisters. I loved her sense of adventure and humor. I can hear her laugh every time I see her picture. She made a difference in my life and I am thankful to have known her.

Ditto to my sentiments of my sister Linda Capoun comments. Your mother was one of the most caring, loving, generous and fun people ever. My heart goes out to your family.

Joann was a favorite with my middle-school students. Not only was she firm but kind with them on the bus, she volunteered her time to teach them new craft skills. We all loved her to pieces. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I will miss you so much you could alway find something fun to do and kept us laughing.I will miss your phone call when you had a joke to share. May God be with you always now.

Jack, I was your first grade teacher & fondly remember you and your mom. I am sorry for your loss.
