Heaven has gained another angel and I will miss you my friend. It has been many years since our last meeting in Virginia. But I will always cherish those days when we were stationed in Guam and you were always a blast to be around and I will never forget that laugh. To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss of a wonderful lady and she will be truly missed.

When Fred sent out the notification that Dominic, Joanne´s grandson, was born I sent a brief note to her (in 2019). I then ran into her in the hall shortly thereafter and she was BEAMING. She was sincerely the most proud, sweet grandmother that could be imagined. She was so excited and immediately pulled out her phone. Several times when I ran into her in passing in the halls, I asked her how he was or if she had time to see him and she would pull up his latest, adorable pictures. Her...
