I'll always remember going to "Papa Joe and Mama Ruth's", for annual Christmas parties with Troop 5. From teaching me to carve a totem pole as a cub scout, to assisting with my eagle scout project, Joe made quite an impact on myself and many others throughout our scouting careers.
