I was shocked and saddened to hear of Joey's passing. I have the fondest memories of Joe when I was his soccer coach in Connecticut ODP and when he played in Soccer Squash tournaments I ran in Windsor Locks. He also coached for me in World Class Soccer, coaching my son. I enjoyed watching him grow from a competitive, energetic and sensitive boy into a man and wish we had stayed in touch over the years. As I recall Joey's thoughtfulness and kindness I am sure he will be sorely missed by...

I was saddened to hear of Joe's sudden passing. On behalf of myself and the rest of my family, I offer heartfelt sympathies to his family and friends. I grew up in Meriden playing soccer with Joe, and always respected him as a talented, spirited, hard-working, and above all, inspiring person. He will be missed by many.

Joe was a devoted father and accomplished professional who lived life to the fullest. Evan and he would visit me in my office for financial matters and Evan was always foremost in his mind. We grieve with you and hope that knowing we grieve with you helps lessen the pain as we try to understand this tragic loss. We pray for peace, strength and God's understanding that transends all of us in coping with this loss. Mod Bless You and Keep You.

Joe, It hurts to know that I will never talk to you again, never see your infectious smile or invite you to happy hour. God takes people for a reason; He must have had a good reason to take you from us.
My heartfelt condolences to your son and your family.

Joe was true athlete ... he mastered many sports ... including Baseball! He was a big part of our 2002 Championship.
I was truly shocked and devastated to hear this tragic news. I had the pleasure of working (at People's Bank) and playing sports (baseball) with Joe. He was an enthusiastic and spirit full young man!
May God rest your soul. God bless you and your family. You will be missed!

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Mr. Desandre from my job. I watched Evan grow up before my eyes the 4 years i worked at pumpkin patch. Evan was one of my favorite kids and so were his parents. You could see it in Joe's eyes that Evan was his world and the way Evan talked about his dad it was clear that the feelings were mutual. My thoughts and prayers are with Tina, Evan and the rest of the family at this time.
Love,
Miss Victoria
