A True Gentleman
I remember going to Joes’ house in Aigburth after meeting him at the Philharmonic Hall at the interval of a Joe Brown concert, I told him I write songs and he asked me could he listen to something I’d written so he invited me to his home where I gave him a cassette with a few songs I had recorded, after a short while he phoned me and said he liked them very much, the songs I gave him were “Candlelight Lover’s” and “Don’t Go Kisses” and he said “the test of...

I met Joe when he came to the Scandinavian church event
