Velma & Family, we love each of you and our special joe has gone to be with the lord. He was a special person that always made time for you. He was always there if there was a need. Sorry to hear about Joe.i grew up with Joe in Bluestone.I still have a picture of Joe,David Coleman and myself taken in our Royal Mountie
uniform we got for Christmas in 1936.

I am so sorry to hear about Joe. His race is done here and now he is in Heaven watching over you Velma. I met Joe at Parkview Church of God in the 80's. He has a big heart and he always had a smile on his face. He will be sadly missed. My thought and prayers are wit Velma, Linda, Lanelle and the rest of his family. R.I.P.
