Far too late in this memory of a true best friend and neighbor, Joe, and lovely wife Theresa. And of course their beautiful daughter Jessica. We attended Jessica's quinceañera AND more importantly her very special wedding!!! Now for Joe...he was, hands down, the very best neighbor one could want or to be blessed with. Joe and I worked through ALL sorts of challenges...either his classic, beloved pickup truck or my datsun truck. Repairs, repairs, repairs...we both challenged our shade tree...
