Joel "Hotz" was a totally awesome guitarist and human being. He showed me how to play a particularly pretty song finger style and I play it regularly to remember him by. Miss-ya a ton Buddy, God Bless, God Speed.

I still carry one of Joel's "Hotz" Guitar Picks in my wallet and his memory in my heart.

i have loved Joels version of Bodyheat by John Barry for over three years....i was very lucky to find it on youtube....i just wanted all of you who loved joel to know his music still moves others deeply....
