Joel was truly a mensch. We worked with him over many, many years and he watched as our own children grew to adulthood. He will truly be missed. Prayers and hugs to his family.

Our family was so sorry to hear about Joel's passing. He was very good to us over the years and a great friend to the Baltimore American Indian Center as well. Please accept our sincere condolences. The Minner Family - Richard, Frieda, Ashley, Thomas, Emily, Ryan

There are so many memories of special times with Joel and Paget and our other dancing friends and lots of pictures showing great times and fellowship. He was such a kind and gentle soul and a magnificent ballroom dancer. He truly had a twinkle in his eye and a joy to his steps. We cannot imagine life without him or never getting to see him...
