Not sure what to say?

Patsy, Richard: Please accept my heartfelt condolences to you and your families. You will miss him more than I ever can, but please know that I already miss him a lot, especially his smile, warmth, humor, and sincerity, and any reunions we have from...

Dear Pat and Family, I wish to express my deepest sympathy on your loss. I've known Joel for over 35 years doing business with him at Channel 17 and continuing at Action Duplication until recently. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I will truly miss him. Hank Shaw (VideoCine)
