Joel Martin Parker

Thanks for being a great teacher, Mr. Parker!

One of my College Professors pulled me aside to say how impressed he was with my knowledge of U.S. Govt. and how did I know so much. It was all MR. PARKER THS - my senior year he drilled us everyday on how many branches of Govt, what they were called, what was their function on & on until we knew it by heart. So thank you Mr. Parker for making me a stand out - You Rocked!!!

I just heard about cousin Joel earlier today. Had I been notified at the time I would have come to the funeral. Condolences to Linda and Beverly Parker. Beverly and Irwin Peck

Mr. Parker was my favorite teacher, one of the few I actually learned from. He taught me government. I enjoyed his class immensely.thoughts and prayers to his family Renee class of 75

I was lucky to have known Mr. Parker at Trumbull High School. Years passed and lo and behold there was Mr. Parker again sitting at a front table in River Valley....we shared smiles, stories and an introduction to my mom! He was one special guy!

I am very sad to hear of his passing he was one of the most memorable and impactful teachers I had he challenged me, he appreciated my ongoing questions and he was very kind. Rest in peace Mr. Parker I will always have a respect for you
