Not sure what to say?

Miss my puppy!

I'm terribly sorry to learn of the sudden loss of Scott Ahearn! After relocating from New Canaan to Stonington, I always had it in the back of my mind to look him up. I met him through John & Derek Hoffman, as I was visiting Ned and Tim often during High School. I had supper in August with Leslie and Michael in the Borough. I'm sending love to each of you, Rita, Leslie and Michael, Dale and Dick, and the sister whom I have yet to meet. Scott was such a whirlwind of positive energy with...

We met Scott when he came to Rita and Bill's for Thanksgiving. Always a smile and so fun to talk to. Tossing the football around with the kids. We still laugh about the time he and Bill almost burned down the deck frying a turkey. He will be deeply missed and was much loved.

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

Papa Bear- you will Be missed- My condolences to the Ahearn Family. He was like family growing up. Some great memories.

To John James Ahearn (Son), I am so sorry for your loss. I pray for your strength while you grieve for your dear Father. God Bless you and help you as you go forward.

I met Scott when I worked as a keeper at the Bronx Zoo, and Scott had various jobs going on there. It was always a pleasure to run into him. He was never too busy to say hello, shoot the breeze a bit . . . even discuss work. I found Scott to be a kind and friendly soul, and am so sorry to hear of his way-too-early passing. My condolences to his family and friends.

OUr hearts are so sad about Scott! We enjoyed his friendship in our Florida develpment! He was always walking the hood with a hat on! :) He won our develpments Super Bowl pool last year! Will miss him at our weekly poker playing! Such a nice guy and he was so happy with Cheryl! RIP freind! Gary and Twila Quam
