God made me do it. As I was sitting at my desk this morning, for some reason I had the urge to look up John Arant. I did. Had I not done it, I may have never had the opportunity to send my condolences. John and I shared many things. We were both with Dow Chemical in the building products division at the same time. We were both active in CSI and NAHB. We both lived in Charlottesville, Virginia. When I took an early retirement from Dow, he took over my job. I respected John for many things. He was a true Christian. He accomplished so many things in his lifetime. He was as motivator. He was an idle for us to follow both in his private and business life. He brought outstanding credit for everything he did. I admired John in every shape and manor. I thank God for reminding me to look him up so I could express my feelings for him to so many, especially his family. He was the very best. Harvey Sorum
