Not sure what to say?

With my sincere sympathy to your family, may your treasured memories continue to provide a measure of comfort and peace to the family. Please be strengthened from (Isaiah 61:1,2) our God "binds up the broken-hearted and comforts all who mourn".

Ben was one of those people who you just enjoyed seeing. His quirky smile, his humor and warmth just drew you in! His tireless academic work, especially pertaining to online learning, provides a long-lasting legacy and impact. He leaves an amazing example as husband and father, professor, editor, and man of faith. Ben, my hero and role model. How I will miss you!
Jon Werner, Professor of Management,
UW-Whitewater

Our sincere condolences to your family.

I remember Ben very fondly from out actual and virtual meetings in the Academy of Management and around it. He was such a good person, not only a great academic. He invited me to join AMLE and provided supportive developmental feedback on the path. A good example of a hard working, honest and kind academic colleague.
Sending warmest thoughts to his family.

Ben was a first rate scholar and a wonderful colleague. I will miss him.

What an amazing man. He was a rare combination of intelligent, articulate, outgoing, and caring about others. Ben was my instructor for several business courses. He was deeply interested in the subjects he taught and his passion was inspiring. In his classes, he went beyond teaching: he was a leader and someone who cultivated new knowledge. He didn't just want you to read the book, he wanted to talk about the book and explore what it meant to you. He obviously meant a lot to a lot of people....

Ben was an outstanding scholar and person. I really enjoyed working with him at AoM/AMLE. He will be sorely missed. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

I had Dr. Arbaugh as a professor over the years, with him being my only professor my classes this past Spring semester. You could tell he was a passionate individual and truly cared about his students. I appreciated all of the knowledge and discussion he brought to the classes.
