Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat, Jay & Lynn
I am deeply saddened by the loss of your husband, father, and my first real friend in this world. The Auths were my second family; Evelyn & Joe were my other parents and John & Joe my favorite playmates. Of course I knew Mary, David & Sarah but they were a little younger, Eileen and Daniel even younger.
John & I would do everything together, heck, we ran the neighborhood. Playing ball in their back yard was a given, I broke more windows in John's old house than...

Rhanee and I send our most heartfelt condolences on John's passing. We grew up together as next door neighbors for all the time they lived on Bliss Road and knew their family as if they were part ours and we, a part of theirs. My brother Russell was John's age e have sent this announcement to him. Our prayer are offered in support of you and your entire family. Roger &Rhanee Simon

I always enjoyed working with him, and missed seeing him once I moved back to Peter Pan after Mr. Picknelly's death in 2004. I know there are many like me who will miss John's humor, wit and kindness, and my heart goes out to all his family. God bless...

Dear Pat and Family and Friends:

Given the words, I'd write 'em come some evening such as would warm the hearts of watchmen waiting for the morning.

Love from Nagano,

Dearest Pat,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss, and the loss of your children's father, their children's grandfather, and the loss to our entire Marek Clan.
John had a huge spark of life, he was funny, determined & great company. I am including the poem that my Mother requested.
Please know that our prayers are with you & God will light your path.
Love,
