Tim was working as the Budget Analyst for the COP City Clerk Dept. when I knew him, as a fellow employee. He was always a stand up guy, and never put on airs. Once when the monthly report I submitted to him bounced due to errors, he very nicely explained to me that it reflected badly on him, with Vickie, the City Clerk.
