I am deeply saddened and stunned by the passing of JB. We both began our journey at Avista around the same time, and quickly formed a bond over our shared faith in God and our desire to make a meaningful impact in our lives and work. I am deeply saddened by the news of John´s passing. I served with John for many years during his time in the US Army Special Forces community. John was a dear friend of mine and respected by all who knew him.
