Passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in Boca Raton, FL.

Born October 24, 1926 in Bronx, NY. He graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School in Bronx, NY and attended Iona College.

He was a World War II Navy veteran, and an executive at The Central Intelligence Agency. He married Joan Biddiscombe (deceased) on December 1, 1956.

Survived by his children: David (Margaret), Suzanne, Sean (Gloria). Grandchildren: Alexandra, Ryan, Dillon, Brianna.

The Funeral was held December 16, 2017 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Deerfield Beach, FL.

My condolences to the Biddiscombe family, wish I could have gotten down to Florida for the service. Poppy was a wonderful person, I am so happy to have gotten a chance to know him.
