Debbie and Children,
John was my weightlifting coach at New Albany High School. He was a great mentor, and helped realize my potential not only in athletics, but also in life. I attribute a great deal of my successes in life to the lessons he taught me. I will keep you in my prayers.

I am terribly sorry for the tragedy that has happened. My heart is aching and my mind is going insane. I can't believe my eyes how this has happened to such a wonderful person. Even though he is in a wonderful place, i know he will be watching upon your beautiful family as an angel. My thoughts and prayers will always be within you. May god be with you.

Coach Boldin was/is my biggest mentor and motivator. He pushed me to do things I never thought were possible. He coached me for 2 yrs in football at NAHS and I loved every minute of it. My deepest sympathies for you and your children Debbie. He made a HUGE impact on my life.
