I am so sad to learn of Ernie´s passing. He was one of my clients over 20 years ago when I was in banking. He became our CPA shortly after I met him. He was not just my CPA but also a friend. I never saw him not smiling. He was a true gentleman and one of the kindest people I knew. Thinking of you Kris and your family during the difficult time. He will be missed.
