BROWN, John L. "Jack" Of Walpole formerly of Hyde Park, March 15, 2014, age 77. Beloved husband of Georgiana M. (Forant) Brown Loving father of Diana M. and her husband Francis H. White of Walpole, Steven M. and his wife Maria O. (Hurd) Brown of Lyndeborough, NH and Jacqueline M. Gately of Wrentham. Cherished grandfather of Jenna White of Dorchester, Christine White of South Boston, Johnny White of Walpole, Alexandria Popores of Bullhead City, Arizona, Alison Gately and James Gately both of Wrentham. Brother of the late Edward Brown, the late Douglas Brown, and the late William Brown. Brother in law of Margaret Brown of Lakeville. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Johns Life Celebration on Tuesday from 5 8 PM and Wednesday from 9-9:30AM in James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common St., WALPOLE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Judes Church Norfolk on Wednesday @ 10AM. Interment in Saint Francis Cemetery, Walpole. Memorial donations may be made to: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 220 N Main Street #104, Natick, MA 01760. Marine Corp Veteran.

I remember Mr. Brown fondly, though I did not know him well. I do know that his son Steve is a wonderful, caring person and I am fortunate to have him as my brother-in-law. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I am so deeply saddened by the loss of Jack. Although we all haven't seen each other over the recent years, I have very fond memories of our family's friendship. Memories that include our fun times at your house on the cape (the outhouse & the haunted house down the road), the pork & bean dinners we attended, me and Steven painting the porch, etc. My fondest memory of Jack is the year he planted a magical tree for me around Christmastime, a few beans...
