Not sure what to say?

Dear Barbara,
We were very saddened with the news of John, and extemely sorry we were unable to be there with you, Allison and family at this difficult time.
Our thoughts and prayers have been with you each day, and know John will be remembered in all of hearts forever.
We so look forward to our next time of being together with you when we can share our children, grandchildren, and good memories, along with all our blessings.
Love, Barty and Judy

Barbara
I didn't know John as well as I would have liked, but, it didn't take much to see he was a man after God's heart. Yes, he was a gift to you, but you were a gift to him as well. Your love and commitment to God and to each other was amazing.

While I'll miss seeing John's smiling face standing by the escalators on Sunday mornings. . . he's walking and talking with the Savior. How cool is that!

Barbara, I just heard about John's death. I am so sorry. You have our deepest sympathy. We lost our mom in February. It is very hard and now with the holidays coming, you will be in our prayers. Take care and hopefully we will see you next year.

Mrs. Brownfield and family. Our prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I am very thankful to have known Mr. Brownfield and have always appreciated the friendship with your family. Love, Brett

Barbara, We are so sorry. We wish we could be there to give you a big hug and help you through this time. I promise you that we will take care of Ali. We all love John so much, he will be in our hearts and prayers. I bet he is dipping his cinnamon roll in gravy right now. We love you, The Glenn Family

Dear Big John,
With the possible exceptions of nearly getting me shot after an infamous Taylorsville basketball game and causing me to spend a dark, cold, sandy sleepless night on a Hilton Head beach,
I truly enjoyed your company, conversation, comaraderie, competition, cleverness, and last but not least, charcoaled chops.
I'm sorry we didn't make it to Hidden Cove, but I'm sure there are some heavenly golf courses where you are now.
Here's some advice regarding your competitive...

Barbara, your life and your family are such wonderful tributes to John. You and John had a special relationship that was a Christian example for everyone who is lucky enough to know you. Thank you so much for sharing the family pictures. We love you and pray that God's Blessings will continue to shower you with faith and strength.
