Not sure what to say?

John was one of my father's dearest friends. I have wonderful memories of him whether camping at Cape Cod, hiking the Palisades, renovating the Buff's house or ours, or just talking, smiling and being a good friend. In my mind, John embodied the archetype of a good man, and he will be missed.

Betty,

I just heard the news of John's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. All your friends at the YMCA Aquacize program miss you and hope you will return soon. Joe and I both are thinking of you. Please let us know if we can help.

Your friends from Mahwah,
Nicole and Joe Spinella

I just received a card this week from Betty and John and this news is very sad. My sincere...

I remember Mr. Buffington when I was a student at Washington School in Bergenfield. He was a real inspiration to many of us in elementary school. I am proud to say that he inspired me as I enter my 31st year of teaching!

RIP great educator and Thanks for all the work you have done and the lives you have touched!
