I am so very sorry to hear the passing of John he was a very nice man he was stand up in every way and extremely good to people he was a hard worker he seem like a very good friend and he carries himself with pride and dignity he will be missed rest in peace John

Your words of encouragement in the dressing room and again on the pitch I'll never forget, not least your passion for the game and of course your rendition of Christy's Cliffs of Dooneen

I first met John at the squealing pig, many many years ago. He was a wonderful soul and fine man. I saw him recently in November and enjoyed a drink at his new endeavor. I am so sad he is no longer with us, the world has lost someone amazing. My thoughts are with Jess and his family and friends during this difficult time.
