Not sure what to say?

Sorely missed.

John was very good to me as I arrived in Boston from Ireland. He took me under his wing and we had some great times together. He brought me to many sporting events whilst I was there and even flew to Belfast with my belongings when I could not get back to the US. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing and I will light a candle for him and his family. RIP a chara, Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dilis.

It's been almost one year. Life is not the same without John, I miss him madly. He was a force of nature who gave strength to many of us.

I will always miss him. A fighter for justice and true brother.

My deepest condolences to the Clifford family, I am sorry to hear of John's passing. I was just thinking about him and tried to email him to say thank you for all the support he gave me when my dad, his friend passed. He was so compassionate and caring and would check-in on me from time to time it always meant a lot. He will truly be missed. Thank You, John you are one of a kind. Sincerely, Alexandre Morris
