Though I never met John in person I remember conversations I had with him when I was adopting my daughter from China online and a couple of times on the phone. I have thought of him many times over the years since. Even though I never met him, I have considered him a friend.
I remember how lovingly he spoke of his wife and the pride he had for his children. Please know you are all in my prayers and I will remember him and his wisdom, and sense of humor, fondly. I am so sorry.
